Health Europa is delighted to announce its new partnership with the AI & Machine Learning Convention ahead of its first event at MediWeek at the NEC Birmingham on the 17th and 18th March

The AI & Machine Learning Convention is the UK’s leading event for AI and machine learning and is a new feature of the Medical Imaging Convention and the Oncology Convention. It was created to showcase the increasingly influential artificial intelligence technologies that are revolutionising every day medical practices. It does this by hosting 50 market-leading exhibitors and  50 expert-led CPD accredited seminars for all its visitors to discover.

In order for visitors to gain as much knowledge from the education programme at the event as possible, a select seminar agenda has been specially curated. The keynote speakers at the AI & Machine Learning Convention are well known for their expertise in the field and will cover topics that are widely discussed throughout the industry.

Attendees will be able to see leading artificial intelligence and machine learning experts such as Dr Minai Bakhai from NHS England, the Faculty of Clinical Informatics’ Professor Jeremy Wyatt, and Professor Claudia Pagliari from the University of Edinburgh present at the event. The further seminar programme is equally impressive, with speakers from organisations such as the University of Oxford, King’s College London, and the School of Medicine at the University of Nottingham.

The industry-defining businesses that are exhibiting at the AI & Machine Learning Convention will be showcasing the newest technologies that help build care pathways, secure patients’ data, improve diagnostic accuracy, and ultimately streamline services. As previously mentioned, there are over 50 leading businesses at the event including artificial intelligence for imaging analysis experts, Aiforia, TeraRecon, leaders in advanced visualisation and artificial intelligence and machine learning and artificial intelligence experts, ML6.

The potential for AI & Machine Learning to save the lives of current and future patients is huge and is something that is starting to be seen in hospital services across the UK. This is why the convention was created, to help build care pathways, secure patients’ data, improve diagnostic accuracy, and ultimately streamline services so clinicians can concentrate on what they do best: saving lives.

The AI & ML Convention is a feature of the Medical Imaging Convention and Oncology Convention and is, therefore, part of MediWeek, the UK’s largest healthcare event. The event all takes place at the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham on the 17th and 18th March 2020. Tickets to the AI and Machine Learning are free and gains you access to the other seven shows within MediWeek. Make sure you register for your free ticket now by following this link.

  1. Can this kind of innovations (ML, DL, and Neural Networking) be applied to outbreaks likes the New Coronavirus issue we have these days?
Not just on simulations, but also on finding a cure and reduce the death toll?
    Thank you
